The deadline for submission of this form is the 18th of September. Due to increasing costs and decreasing funding for the event, it was thought both fair and reasonable, to ask all groups benefitting from the event to make a minimal contribution.

Please find below rates that will be applied. Also due to the popularity of the event, slots will be issued on a strictly first come, first served basis.

• Trading pitches: £70
• Charity pitches: £25
• Charity provided marquee (shared): £50
• Trading provided marquee (shared) £100

When payment is received your booking will be confirmed and guidelines and set up times will be sent to you

All marquees must be properly weighted and compliant with health and safety requirements. Anyone selling food must have their food hygiene certification available for inspection and adhere to all PCC guidelines and instructions while on site. Failure to do so could result in your removal from the event.
